At Crossflatts Primary School, we believe every child should feel valued, included and supported to achieve their full potential. We work closely with pupils, families and external agencies to ensure that all children with SEND receive the support they need to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
At Crossflatts Primary School, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. Guided by our motto, Family, Flourish, Fly, we are committed to ensuring that every child feels valued, respected and supported to achieve their full potential. We work in partnership with pupils, families and external agencies to understand each child's individual strengths and needs, adapting our provision so that all children can access learning, participate fully in school life and experience success. Through our graduated approach of Assess, Plan, Do, Review (APDR), we carefully monitor progress, evaluate the impact of support and make informed decisions about next steps. We believe that every child has the right to belong, every voice deserves to be heard and every child can flourish within our inclusive school community.
